Cafeteria Autumn hours: Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.; weekends: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. unless otherwise posted

  • Breakfast: 7 - 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday
  • Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Dinner: 4 - 6 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Weekends: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Bastyr's gourmet vegetarian cafeteria, which has been given awards by the Seattle Times and Evergreen Monthly, offers menus that are innovative and affordably priced. It is open to the public and serves a broad selection of items that appeal to every taste and dietary restriction.

The cafeteria even harvests some of its fresh ingredients from the university's celebrated organic herb and vegetable garden.

On any given day you might find a bake sale held by nutrition students, a garden sale featuring fresh flowers and veggies, or special student-run events. The cafeteria is open every day and offers a variety of drinks and snacks between scheduled meals.
